It's an automated voice call. The same kind of check-in system used by care providers across the UK and US. If anything concerning comes up, a real human reviews it and flags it to you.
Will my parent know it's an AI?▾
Most don't notice at first. The voice is warm and natural. If they ask directly, the system will explain honestly that it's an automated check-in arranged by their family.
Do I have to give my parent's number now?▾
No. The demo is to your own phone only. Your parent's number isn't needed until you've heard the check-in for yourself and decided it's right for them.
Do they need a smartphone or an app?▾
